&lt;h3&gt;Formalizing and Managing Evolution in MDE&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;The FAME project - Formalizing and Managing Evolution in Model-Driven Engineering - is a  cooperative research project  funded by the Vienna Science Fonds.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Hypothesis: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The lightweight application of various suitable, theoretically founded formalisms improves the model management process.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Research Questions: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;For the justification of our research hypothesis, the following three research questions will be investigated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(Q1) &lt;em&gt;Conceptualizing the Notion of Change. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(Q2) &lt;em&gt;Dealing with Consistency Violations and Redundancies caused by Model Evolution. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(Q3) &lt;em&gt;Environing the Scope of Change Impacts. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
